BOTTOM club Hedgeley Rovers turned in a good display to snatch a point at Bamburgh in the Sportsworld North Northumberland League.

Johnny Johnson, Darren Egdell and substitute Johnny Love were the Bamburgh Castle scorers.

Richard Johnson, Andrew Lazenby and Richard Frater, who claimed the 92nd-minute equaliser, secured Hedgeley the draw.

Two goals from Mark Murray and strikes by Philip Lee and Liam Crowe saw Berwick United Reserves beat Craster Rovers.

Craster’s replies came from Davy Hogg and Liam Crowe. Gary Fairbairn, Neil Jefferson, Kevin Greshon and Chris Hay were on target for Belford as they beat Longhoughton Reserves, whose replies came from Aaron Beattie and Dominic Chapman.
