Sunniside romp to easy win

Sunniside SC were the convincing winners of the Pagebet-sponsored Journal Clubman's Nap Award for the 2006-07 National Hunt season.

They spread-eagled the field thanks to tipping three double-priced winners - State of Play (10-1), Sharp Belline (11-1) and Pop Gun (12-1) - among their six winners to end the campaign with a profit of £29.25.

Amble Coquet Club took second place (£20.70) while Blyth Spartans Club took third (£12.63) with Grange Villa (£11.75) fourth.

Throckley Union Jack finished in the relegation zone but are reinstated under the rules to defend their 2006 Flat title.
