The Second Division outfit won the game 4-3 with only seconds left.

Goals for the Cover came from Steven Gardener (2), Steven Clark and Aaron Frazer.

On target for the Cibos were Mark Nicholson (2) and Chris Woolley.

The Albert North Shields beat Blyth Masons Arms 2-1 to reach the final of the Saints Shield. They will meet Ashington Grand Street in the final.

Burradon and New Fordley reached the final of the Alan Davison Cup with a hard-fought win away to Ashington Mortimer.

They beat their hosts 2-0 with goals from Ian Lee and Michael Chilton.

In the Premier Division, Blyth Comrades had a good 4-0 win at home against Newbiggin FC.

Tynemouth Gunner and Ashington RAOB shared the points in a 2-2 draw.

Ashington Grand Street had a fine win in their division one game at home against Rockcliffe Arms. They beat their visitors 5-0 with goals from Chris Hogg 3, Daryl Townesy and Stephen Frater.

Blyth Seahorse got back to winning ways with a 5-1 win at home against Monkseaton Arms. Monkseaton Hunting Lodge had to work hard against the revived New Hartley side.

Milbourne Arms found North Shields Gunner in top form when going down 5-1 at home. Scott Brotherick scored for the Milbourne. Goals for the Gunner came from Martyn Evans (2), James D Ridley, Josh Corrigan and an own goal.

In Division Two, Blyth Prince of Wales and Bedlington Community played out a 3-3 draw. The result was in doubt right up until the final whistle. Goals for the Prince came from Jamie Summers (2) and Ross McLeod. On target for Bedlington were Daryl Gibson (2) and Joe Herron.

Whitley Bay Bedroom eased past Blagdon Arms Cramlington 3-1.

Goals for the Bedroom came from Michael Storrey, Jed Findley and John Leach. Simon Charles was their star man. Mark Herron scored for the Blagdon, with Steven Gibson their star man.
