A suicide bomber blew himself up in an eastern Afghan city yesterday, killing six civilians and wounding 40 others.

A suicide bomber blew himself up in an eastern Afghan city yesterday, killing six civilians and wounding 40 others. In a separate attack, a roadside blast hit an Afghan intelligence vehicle, killing all four people in the car. The remote-controlled roadside bomb killed two intelligence service officers, a soldier and their driver.
