NORTH East TV presenter Jayne Middlemiss caught a glimpse of glamour at Newcastle Fashion Week.
The Bedlington Beauty hosted a fashion show at As You Like It Bar in Jesmond, Newcastle, held as part of the nine-day bonanza of catwalk shows, designer talent and glamorous parties.
Some of the region’s finest up-and-coming talent was displayed at the Fashion Front Row Catwalk event yesterday.
Designs from milliner The Libertarian, whose bespoke pieces have featured in The Times and Daily Telegraph, and pop star Pixie Lott’s favourite vintage-inspired jewellery brand Rock ’n’ Rose, were on show.
Now in its second year, Newcastle Fashion Week is a beacon of glamour for Tyneside. Fashionistas can take advantage of late-night shopping and dozens of free events.
Later this week ex-Burberry model and Byker Grove star Donna Air will take to the stage for an intimate question and answer session on her career at Northumbria University on Saturday at 3pm. The celebration’s closing party will be at Tup Tup Palace on Sunday.
