Northumberland schools sign up for Olympic education programme

OVER 150 schools across Northumberland have signed up to the London 2012 Olympic ‘Get Set’ education programme.

OVER 150 schools across Northumberland have signed up to the London 2012 Olympic ‘Get Set’ education programme.

The programme features free resources including films, activity and fact sheets for youngsters between three and 19.

Schools which joined the Get Set network before the end of 2011 are eligible for rewards, including possible tickets for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
