Tell us about your community and fundraising events of all kinds

We want to help you publicise your event or news item, whether you are raising funds, holding an open day or putting on classes or play sessions.

Please submit information for the "written by you" round-ups which enable us to cover more than ever before.

Your words and pictures must be submitted by clicking one of the links below. All you need to do is fill out the form on the link and upload any photos.

This link is for Fundraising and Charity News

This link is for School News & Pictures including dress-up days and special visitors, outings or farewells.

This link is for Your Events of all kinds including talks, concerts, fun days, litter picks, shows and much more.

This link is for Church News though you are of course welcome to use the other links instead.

Please choose whichever you feel is most appropriate for you. Stories that we would like to cover in more depth will be passed on to the newsdesk.

As many as of your stories as possible will appear in print in the Journal and Chronicle. You may notice that these submissions are made via our sister site chroniclelive.co.uk where they will also appear. Please take a look at the links!

Remember, for charity or fundraising news you can include contact details for donations or for people who might want to volunteer.

And please get in touch a couple of weeks beforehand if you are publicising an event for people to come along to.
