The Newcastle-based Ryecroft Glenton Corporate Finance has advised on the completion of a strategic partnership that will boost the potential of a leading professional services search firm.
Integral Search, which is based in London, has formed a collaboration with Experis, the professional resourcing and project-based solutions arm of ManpowerGroup, the largest global provider of human capital solutions.
The partnership means Integral can draw on the resources, funding and expertise of an international player with a network of 3,500 offices worldwide, helping it achieve the next phase of business growth.
Carl Swansbury, director of Ryecroft Glenton Corporate Finance, worked with Integral shareholders for a number months to identify Experis as a strategic partner.
He then advised on the completion of the transaction, along with RGCF corporate finance senior, Abu Ali.
“This is a transformative deal for Integral,” Swansbury said.
“It was important that we identified a strategic partner like Experis that respected Integral and its strong niche in a very crowded market.
“The partnership will lead to growth and new opportunities for the firm.”
Integral was established in 2001 and specialises in the placement of senior talent across the areas of audit, corporate finance, consultancy, restructuring, risk and compliance and taxation.
Last year was the most profitable year in its history and turnover also grew 25%. Square One Law LLP provided legal advice to the shareholders of Integral while Experis was advised by Osborne Clark.
Under the terms of the new agreement, there is no intention to merge the companies.
Experis UK managing director Geoff Smith said: “We’re delighted at the smooth completion of the partnership deal with Integral.
“The firm has built a strong brand and impressive track record in its sector, and we are keen to work with Integral to unlock potential for further growth, which will benefit both partners.”
