One of the highlights on Newton Rigg College’s spring calendar is Lambing Day, which this year takes place on Sunday, March 16.

There will be lots of activities for children as well as the chance to see the new lambs.

Staff will also be on hand to explain about the care of lambs and there will be information available on the courses available at the college.

The event runs from 1-4pm with a charge for parking which will be on the main campus. A shuttle will run to Sewborwens Farm where the lambs are based.

There is limited wheelchair and buggy access, and the event is not suitable for pregnant women.
