Linden Homes has scooped the top spot in two categories at the 2013 Housebuilder Awards.
The developer, which has sites at Haltwhistle in Northumberland and Howden Green in County Durham, was named Large Housebuilder of the Year and Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year.
In the North East, Linden Homes isabout to start work on 2,500 homes as part of the £350 million Gateshead regeneration project on Tyneside. It is also proposing a 350 home project in the grounds of the former St George’s Hospital in Morpeth and 18 apartments on the site of its former office in Ponteland.
