Galliford Try Partnerships North has continued its expansion by taking on seven new members of staff.
The company has won around £10m of new business in the first three months of its financial year and the new starters will play a key role in a growth plan which is expected to bring more work in the coming months.
The Newcastle-based firm has taken on Alex Ross and Steven Bell, who will take on development manager roles, whilst John Manning and David Aston have secured positions as contract managers.
Phil Hunter and Nathan Walker have obtained quantity surveying jobs and Stuart Ablett has been taken on as a design co-ordinator.
Stephen McCoy, managing director, said the recruits will aid the firm’s growth plan, adding: “We welcome our new team members, who are joining us at an exciting time, as the sector shows real signs of growth. Recruitment will continue and we anticipate creating at least 10 more new jobs over the coming months. In addition, multiple job opportunities will be created within our consultant and sub contract partners.”
