All eyes on design at Belmont Business Park

Office space at Indigo House, Belmont Business Park, Durham, has been let to fashion design, sourcing and manufacturing firm Dewhirst Clothing

A 5,000 sq ft office space on the ground floor of Indigo House, Belmont Business Park, Durham, has been let to fashion design, sourcing and manufacturing firm Dewhirst Clothing.

Property adviser BNP Paribas Real Estate completed the deal on behalf of Indigo Software.

As part of the deal, BNP Paribas tendered and project managed a refurbishment and fit-out of the office space for the landlord.

Indigo House is at the front of Belmont Business Park which is about 1.8 miles North East of Durham City Centre.

Other occupiers within the business park include Giles Insurance Brokers, Portland Group, NHS Durham Primary Care Trust and Home Housing.

Aidan Baker, director of Newcastle office agency at BNP Paribas, said: “It was great to work with a landlord who proactively seeks to offer space best suited to potential occupiers – in this case by providing newly refurbished space that was finished to a very high standard.”

Bill Ginn, Finance Director at Indigo Software, said: “We were delighted that a tenant of such high calibre was identified so quickly for the vacant space.”
