Two new tenants near St James' Park

LANDLORD Colin Stamp has made two new signings to his properties in a city centre street next to St James’ Park.

LANDLORD Colin Stamp has made two new signings to his properties in a city centre street next to St James’ Park.

He has welcomed up-and-coming law firm, Neon Legal, and a chiropractor to his buildings in the northern end of Newcastle centre.

Neon Legal has moved into 17 St James’ Street, and partner Paul Elliott said: “As a new business, we wanted an office that we could grow into.

“Since the time we moved here, we’ve been recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories and recruited three new staff. The city centre location is ideal for us and our clients, whether they’re based in Newcastle or further afield.

And just around the corner, in 4 St James’ Terrace, Centered Chiropractic have settled in following their move from Amen Corner in the city centre.

They had specifically searched for a quiet, calm location with ease of access in view of the nature of their business.

Dr Hester Potts said: “We are delighted with our decision to move to 4 St James’ Terrace. Even amid the recession our business has doubled since we have moved here.

“Our clients frequently comment on how beautiful our building is, especially mentioning its many original features. Our clients are also pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to park in the area and St James’ Park is a great landmark for directing clients.
