Three new lettings have been announced by Highbridge at Cobalt Business Park.
Secure outsourcing group G4S has taken an additional 10,000 sq ft within Cobalt 8 where they already occupy 30,000 sq ft.
Meanwhile management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company Accenture have also taken an additional 10,000 sq ft within Cobalt 15a where they already occupy 20,000 sq ft. In additional IBM have acquired 5,000 sq ft within Cobalt Central.
