A North East chartered surveyor has been named as the letting agent for commercial properties owned by The Northumberland Estates.
Bradley Hall has been tasked with marketing Earls House to prospective tenants. Located on the Team Valley Trading Estate, the property includes several small office units.
The company has also been named as the joint letting agent for a 2,400 sq ft retail unit on the Quorum Business Park in North Tyneside. The business park spans 900,000 sq ft and is home to bakery firm Greggs, retail giant Tesco and construction services specialist Balfour Beatty. The properties are part of a portfolio of properties owned by The Northumberland Estates, which looks after the business interests of the Duke of Northumberland.
Richard Rafique, associate director at Bradley Hall, said: “We have seen increased activity in the commercial market on the back of rising investor confidence. Transaction rates have picked up as tenants take advantage of generous rental discounts.
“The industrial sector has been particularly strong and I expect that we’ll see further growth in this market throughout this year and into next.”
