Chartered surveyor and property agent Bradley Hall has been appointed to market a 6.7-acre site on Newburn Industrial Estate on a sale or let basis.
Previously used as a vehicle dismantling yard, the plot comprises a 44,593sq ft warehouse, office and storage facilities and a secure yard with CCTV.
