Jones Lang LaSalle's office agency team has been appointed to let vacant office space at Benton House in Sandyford at a significantly reduced rent of £8 per sq ft.

The office building is currently occupied by a range of tenants including NHS and ID Training. The building offers a range of open plan office suites ranging in size from 3,702sqft to 8,159 sqft.

The property is located in a prominent position at the junction of Sandyford Road and Portland Road with excellent public transport links and easy access into Newcastle city centre.

Jones Lang LaSalle believe there is nothing else of this price and quality on offer in the Sandyford area.
