TIMBER merchants Brooks Bros has let a 75,000 sq ft industrial space on Bentall Business Park in Washington through Sanderson Wetherall LLP and DTZ on behalf of Max Industrial.
It is another coup for the 66 acre park following the letting of a 6,800 sq ft unit 32 to Crown Shutters and Doors a couple of months ago.
Richard Scott, Sanderson Weatherall’s associate partner for industrial, said: “Bentall Business Park offers an excellent range of industrial stock for businesses looking to take advantage of its prime position close to both the A1(M) and A19.
“We hope to announce more new tenants in the coming months, thanks to further activity in the pipeline on the back of a recent release of refurbished good quality stock on site.”
