Why should I enter?
The awards aim to enable regional HR&D innovation and learning and to build our professional skills base. The awards allow for sharing best practice across the region, regional recognition and recognition from the profession.
The awards are a great opportunity to encourage and motivate the HR&D team, even in preparing an entry – and even more so if you win! Valuable publicity follows being shortlisted and winning, entries often feature in events and publications about effectiveness and good practice in the sector.
