A pioneer in the new communications technologies and a serial entrepreneur who helped to mastermind one of the best new food brand launches of the past 30 years will both be sharing their knowledge and experience with delegates on Teesside.
For they are among the guest speakers at this year's Making the Most of Marketing Show on Wednesday November 15 at Wynyard Park.
Jon Baines, chairman of the digital communications agency, Lateral, and Keith Gill, a founding director of Derwent Valley Foods of Phileas Fogg fame, are two-thirds of a trio of guest speakers at the show. The first to be signed up was Ian Armstrong, head of the communications team at Honda UK, whose 'Civic choir' won the Best TV Commercial of the Year Award.
Mike Lakinski, products and services manager with Business Link Tees Valley, said: "At last year's event, guest speakers from Google and British Gas drew an extremely positive response. This year, we have maintained the high standard and seized the opportunity to bring in a third guest speaker."
The event also features workshops, a meet the media session, and one-to-one surgeries to discuss specific marketing issues.
