Silver Birch takes top wedding award

The talents of County Durham stationery designer have been recognised through the North of England Wedding Awards

Silver Birch Designs, which is run and owned by Janette Noble, was named the winner of the Wedding Stationary category during a recent ceremony at the National Railway Museum in York.

The awards recognise those businesses that go the extra mile for their customers, providing outstanding customer service within the wedding industry.

Finalists are chosen through a quantitative analysis of customer feedback scores posted online, with the final winners being selected through an analysis of customer comments. Those entering are advised to pay attention to service, product quality, value for money and willingness to put in extra effort for customers. Silver Birch Designs has been providing handmade bespoke stationary since 2007 and is the recommended stationery supplier for some of the top venues around the North East.

The award topped off an excellent year for Noble, who recently opened a new studio launch in the heart of Consett.

“Working with my couples is truly an honour and I absolutely love every minute of being part of their day,” she said.

“It is thanks to them and their ongoing support that my job is simply the best in the world.

“I was blown away to win and feel honoured to do it for the North East. I can honestly say that Silver Birch Designs has made many a friend along the way and I am looking forward to making many more.”
