A BUDDING musician is on the road to rock and roll fame - while at the same time keeping in tune with studying for an IT qualification.

Eighteen-year-old Jamie Bradley, from Ingleby Barwick, is hitting the right note in both his music career - where he plays acoustically and in two bands - and with his employer, filtration supplier John Morfield in Thornaby, where he combines full time work as a trainee accounts-co-ordinator with studying for his IT User apprenticeship.

As well as playing guitar, Jamie also writes his own music and lyrics and has made his own CD with Stockton-based producer Mike Frankland, which John Morfield helped to pay for with £1,000 in sponsorship.
