The North East Chamber of Commerce's Access Brazil will be hosting a free workshop in January aimed specifically at regional businesses thinking of establishing themselves in the country.
KPMG, Deloitte, HSBC and RTC North will provide expert insight around opportunities there, while highlighting areas of consideration when setting up a joint venture. Key areas for discussion will include legal frameworks, regulatory issues and taxation regimes. Newcastle-based British Engines, which has successfully set up a facility in Brazil to cater for the growing demand for its products in the oil industry, will also be contributing.
Access Brazil is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The event is free but spaces are limited. To register, contact email@example.com
