Law firm Ward Hadaway has advised on the sale of fast-growing supply teaching agency Vision for Education to the UK’s leading player in teacher recruitment TES Global for an undisclosed sum.

Operating from nine offices across the North, Vision for Education has grown rapidly since its foundation in 2008.

The agency provides teaching staff to a wide range of schools, offering competitive rates to schools and to the teachers it recruits, and it has seen the number of teachers it places per week double over the past two years.

Formerly known as TSL Education, TES Global is the UK’s leader in teacher recruitment, advertising over 70,000 teaching jobs in the last 12 months alone.

Its online platforms host the largest network of teachers in the world with over 5.9 million teacher members in 197 countries across the globe.

Sean FitzGerald, partner in the Corporate team at Ward Hadaway’s Manchester office, led the firm’s team advising Vision for Education on its sale to TES Global.
