A master of marketing has set the standard for the third Making the Most of Marketing Show, which takes place on November 15.
Ian Armstrong is the first keynote speaker signed up for this year's show at Wynyard Business Park.
He began his career in fast moving consumer goods with Britvic Soft Drinks, developing new products and working on brands such as Tango and Pepsi.
In 2003 he moved to Honda UK to manage the communications team producing all the company's advertising, and marketing output.
His career has been punctuated with awards from his fellow professionals - the latest being the Best TV Commercial of the Year for the Impossible Dream, with the Civic "choir".
His brand ad "Dreams" also picked up a range of silver medals at the British Television Advertising Awards 2006.
