TYNESIDE estate agent Manson Property Services has scooped two honours at a prestigious award ceremony.

The Jesmond outfit came out as top North agency then won the overall nationwide title against winners from six other regions at the London awards dinner.

Members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents came together at The Millennium Hotel in Mayfair, London, earlier this month for their annual conference and to celebrate the achievements of its network of independent estate agent members.

Nick Manson, the managing director of Mansons Property Services, said: “It’s a great honour to win these awards as I truly believe that guild members represent the best of independent Estate Agency, which was very evident by the turnout at the guild annual conference. “I’d like to thank the guild and its members for their support and advice which has enabled Mansons to raise its standards, increase its services and grow in these uncertain times. I feel that we have tough yet exciting times ahead in a rapidly changing industry.”

Marcus Whewell, CEO of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, said: “I am delighted to be celebrating the outstanding achievements of our member agents who are great ambassadors for the industry.

“The exceptional quality of the award entries this year is most encouraging and rewarding as it indicates that the best agents are constantly innovating to give the highest levels of marketing and service to their clients.

“My sincere congratulations go to Nick Manson and his team who should be extremely proud of this award.”
