Lloyds Newcastle have extended their commitment to Tyneside by motoring ahead with significant investment at their dealership.

A refurbishment programme is under way at the Fenham Barracks premises, one of only 47 BMWi agents around the UK, ahead of the arrival of the new BMWi3 which is launched later this year.

Improvements to the dealership, which remains open while work continues and has room for 20 new models, include the launch of an interactive virtual product presentation facility, on which cars can be customised and animated on a 47in screen.

Two new members of staff are also joining – BMW Geniuses who are specialists in customer care.

Keith Watson, dealer principal, said: “We are truly excited about offering what we believe will be the North East’s premier new BMW facility. Showcasing such a wide selection of models as well as the arrival of our two BMW Geniuses, cements our dedication to the first class customer service that customers expect from Lloyd Newcastle.”
