A TOP law firm has announced the expansion of its charities team.
Newcastle-based Dickinson Dees has recruited Samantha Pritchard and Mark Honeywell.
Samantha, who studied at Durham University, trained and qualified as a solicitor at London-based law firm Russell-Cooke, where she has worked exclusively with charities and not-for profit organisations.
She is a trustee of the UK section of the organisation known as Peace Brigades International, which seeks to protect human rights defenders, primarily in Central and South America.
Honeywell, meanwhile, has qualified as a solicitor after training at the firm’s Yorkshire office.
Emma Moody, head of charities at Dickinson Dees, said: “This means we have an even stronger offering to the charities and independent schools sector and will allow us to further expand the breadth and quality of services that we provide for clients.”
