NATIONAL law firm DWF has announced the appointment of a new partner following its merger with North East firm Crutes.
Deborah Kirtley joins the business as a partner in its Newcastle office following the completion of the merger on January 1.
Previously a partner and head of banking at Dickinson Dees, Deborah has more than 20 years’ industry experience and has acted for both banks and borrowers.
With extensive knowledge in relation to the funding of property acquisitions and development transactions, and also the funding of corporate acquisitions, Kirtley has a wealth of experience working on high profile transactions involving Premier League football clubs and hotel chains such as, Radisson, Hilton and Malmaison.
