A building and maintenance firm has won a prestigious contract with Dale & Valley Homes.

Time4 Building & Maintenance, the successful commercial sister brand of Coast & Country Housing, will carry out a range of works on properties across County Durham, including installing level access showers, access ramps, stair lifts, and grab rails.

The firm works with a number of clients, which include Cleveland Police, Endeavour Housing Association, Your Homes Newcastle and Middlesbrough Council, carrying a range of activities including full property renovation, responsive repairs and maintenance, asbestos management, gas servicing and brickwork and rendering.

The brand has also recently become PAS 2030 accredited, which demonstrates its commitment to providing innovative environmental and eco-improvements like external wall insulation under the Green Deal and ECO.

John O’Hare, head of commercial and assets at Coast & Country said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract with Dale & Valley Homes following a competitive tender process.

“This will add to the already impressive portfolio of clients we have built strong working relationships with and we look forward to working with the team at Dale & Valley Homes to complete this important project. I would like to personally thank our operations team for all their hard work and commitment in every project, and a huge thank you to the whole Dale & Valley Team.”
