A County Durham-based locksmithing firm has opened the door to future growth, thanks to support from PR and marketing agency, Karol Marketing.

Cathedral Lock and Safe Services Ltd (CLASS), which is headquartered in Crook, has been appointed to supply locksmithing services to Durham County Council, after successfully bidding for the contract worth up to £1m.

Karol Marketing, based on Newcastle’s Quayside, offered support in responding to the council’s tender. It also produced a corporate brochure for the firm as well as a new website illustrating its specialist services, including access control installation, auto-locksmithing and external security.

CLASS is a member of the Master Locksmiths Association, the leading trade organisation for the profession.

Director Hal Rose said: “Karol Marketing’s expertise proved invaluable in helping us to win the contract with Durham County Council and in promoting our business through our new website and brochure.

“The team were fantastic to work with and they really understood what makes our business tick. Karol’s support means that we are in a very strong position moving ahead.”
