Bond Dickinson help out on £44m sale of London property

Real estate lawyers at Bond Dickinson have advised Rockspring UK Value Fund on the sale of Gateway House in Richmond, London, for £44.1m

Real estate lawyers at national firm Bond Dickinson, which has offices in Newcastle and Stockton, have advised long-standing client Rockspring UK Value Fund on the sale of Gateway House in Richmond, London, for £44.1m to a private client of Cushman & Wakefield.

Bond Dickinson advised Rockspring on the acquisition of Gateway House as part of the portfolio in February 2011 for £22m and also worked on the subsequent asset management exercise to increase the value of the property.

Gateway House comprises 62,000sq ft of office space fully let to Reed Exhibitions, seven retail units and a multi-storey car park.

Senior associate Victoria Duxbury and partner Tim Burbidge led the real estate team which advised Rockspring UK Value Fund.
