Printing agency AlphaGraphics North East (AGNE) has paid an undisclosed sum for School Diaries Ltd in a bid to boost local supplies of planners and diaries to schools across the region.

One of the largest design, print and marketing agencies in the North East, Stockton-headquartered AGNE already works closely with a number of the region’s universities and schools to produce their marketing and educational materials.

Director Sean Costigan said: “When the opportunity arose to purchase School Diaries Ltd it was a logical decision, it fits perfectly with our product portfolio and there’s high demand across the region with very little in the way of specialist local suppliers.”

School Diaries Ltd designs and prints a range of educational materials for schools, specialising in school diaries and planners.

Costigan added: “Everything’s produced in-house at our production facilities in Stockton to ensure we give our schools the best price possible. We also have a specialist education team at School Diaries Ltd so each school have their own dedicated customer service team right on their doorstep to guarantee the school planner ordering process is painless from start to finish.”
