Graham Fitzgerald, who has been with the accountancy practice as a director since June 2010, has been promoted to associate member while continuing to act as head of education services.

With the move to the flagship offices at Wynyard Park House, rapid progression of the business and ambitious growth plans, it’s an exciting time for Graham to play a key role in the future of Evolution.

Graham, who joins Tim Mallon and Joanne Regan as associate members for the practice, said: “I am naturally delighted for my contribution to be recognised. Having led the education and not-for-profit sectors, I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to the wider practice.

“This will include our organic growth with existing and new clients, and also looking at some of the processes within the firm to ensure we deliver flawless compliance and bespoke services in an efficient manner.”

After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1996, Graham is now one of few in the region to achieve a diploma in charity accounting with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Evolution is continuously growing with a team of more than 60 including employees and members.

Managing partner Martin Barber said: “I couldn’t be more excited for the future of Evolution. It’s marvellous to see talent like Graham develop and progress.”

The firm acts for a wide range of clients from sole traders to multinationals and offers a broad spectrum of services including personal tax returns and tax planning for high net-worth individuals.
