The Tyneside-based company has a proven record of delivering high-quality recruitment services to the energy, engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Founder Richard Hogg had a successful career as a consultant mechanical engineer, working with SMEs and multinational businesses, before moving into recruitment.

He is currently joined by consultant Chris Beevers, with plans to expand the business with a further two specialists in the next 12 months.

Richard said: “We are building this firm on expert knowledge, gained through working in industry on product and technology design and rigorous candidate search and selection methods.

“Offering a premium service is essential to our business and we will be looking for experts to join the team who share that ethos, with a passion for working with people and adding value to our clients.

“Manufacturing here in the North East has had a good start to 2015, as has been illustrated by EEF figures showing positivity in key indicators, including employment.

“With that in mind we are confident that by using our network and unique knowledge of industry and recruitment, we can support more clients to build their teams and thereby expand our own business.”
