Specialising in heritage and lifestyle properties, and with offices in Northumberland and Cumbria, Finest Properties is a relative newcomer to the industry. Since launching two years ago, the company has gone from strength to strength and this appointment has been created specifically to meet growing demand.
Having worked in the property industry for the past 27 years, most recently in a similar role within the Corbridge area, Joan brings with her a wealth of a wealth of knowledge and experience.
She said: “I am delighted to be joining Finest Properties. This is a prestigious company within an exciting and rewarding industry and I am looking forward to working with and supporting the entire team to further develop both the lettings and residential side of the business.”
Advising would-be vendors, she said: “My advice is that anyone considering bringing a property to the market should do so as soon as possible. The demand is almost certainly there with potential buyers waiting for premier properties to come on to the market. Sellers should also be looking to capitalise on the spring season when homes can be showcased to their best possible advantage.”
As part of her management role, Joan will be responsible for valuations, liaising with clients and assisting with growing and developing the lettings side of the business.
Within its first 12 months, Finest Properties achieved the 2013 Sunday Times Best Agency Newcomer silver award. Managing director Ryan Eve said: “This is a very exciting appointment for us and we are very much looking forward to Joan joining our team.
“Each member of our team brings with them their own specialism and I know that Joan brings with her wealth of knowledge and management experience. Her major priority will be to further develop the lettings side of the business and to support the sales team to ensure the continued growth of the company.”
