Perfect Image, a North East-based IT consultancy, has announced a further five appointments into the Managed Services division of the company, a matter of weeks after unveiling the new senior management team of the arm of the business, and says it is still actively recruiting for a further five roles.

Denis Warner, Lee Clarke, Stephen Lundell, Colin Famelton and Tom Hill have joined the company at its head office on the Cobalt Business Park, in roles ranging from service desk analysts to application support and infrastructure engineers. The new additions now take the headcount to more than 70, and with further positions to be filled, it is anticipated that Perfect Image will soon employ over 80 members of staff.

Andrew Robson, CEO of Perfect Image, said: “The announcement of our new appointments is testament to our unique offering in Managed Services. Our clients understand the business benefit of taking a truly consultative approach to designing, delivering and maintaining IT infrastructure, rather than providing a simple break-fix contract as you often find with other companies.

“As a result, our Managed Services division is growing quickly, and to meet this rising demand we are recruiting highly-skilled IT experts and business professionals to deliver an exceptional customer-driven service to all of our clients. We pride ourselves on our skill, expertise and customer service, and this is only possible if we have the very best people in place.”

A managed services approach is at the centre of Perfect Image’s approach to end-to-end IT solutions. By working with each of its customers in a collaborative manner, Perfect Image aims to understand their business and help them continuously improve their IT and make sure the best possible value is achieved.

Mr Robson continued: “I’m pleased to welcome Denis, Lee, Stephen, Colin and Tom into the Managed Services team and look forward to seeing them progress at Perfect Image. A number of our employees have been part of the team for more than 10 years and I hope the new starters will be with us for many years to come, making a positive contribution to the business.”

Perfect Image has a number of vacancies across both sales and technical roles and is particularly looking for people with skills in network and server infrastructure, AWS, QlikView, UI Design and SharePoint.
