HTL – Hire Torque Ltd, which has a base in Cramlington – has announced a new senior appointment within the HTL Worldwide division.

CHRIS STIMPSON has joined as regional director for the Asia Pacific region.

The move to HTL Worldwide is a fitting transition for Chris who has gained many years of valuable expert bolting knowledge and experience in the controlled bolting industry, having held the position of general manager for Hytorc Australia and Asia Pacific for well over a decade.

He is joining HTL Worldwide from SPX where he is leaving his most recent position of general manager, Asia Pacific, which he also held for some time.

As well as a wealth of industry knowledge, Chris brings with him around eight fully-established and successful local distributors, effectively providing HTL Worldwide with a ready-made distribution network in the region. He is also fully qualified to offer clients relevant and valuable industry training to ECITB standards, which will further add to HTL Worldwide’s exceptional service portfolio.

This appointment forms the most recent part of HTL’s international growth strategy which is now gaining momentum and will see rapid growth and expansion for the organisation over the coming months.
