Robi Ham, 22, joins the company’s residential team as a sales executive having spent the past year at Bridgfords estate agency.

Robi, from Gosforth, said: “I can’t wait to further my career at one of the region’s most respected estate agencies. Bradley Hall has been around longer than I’ve been alive and has helped dozens of people in Gosforth and surrounding areas buy and sell their homes.”

Robi is the latest addition to the Gosforth operation, which is expanding with a move to more prominent premises on the High Street. Last year Elizabeth McGregor joined the company’s sales and marketing department, while Amanda Burbridge MRICS was appointed to head up the Gosforth team.

Amanda said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Robi to Bradley Hall. His appointment is part of our ongoing strategy to expand our residential property offering and increase investment at our Gosforth operation.

“This will allow us to service rising demand for home purchases in the area. We are well placed to deal with residential transactions, particularly with demand growing in sought-after areas north of the Tyne.”

Amanda is supported at the Gosforth office by Elizabeth, office manager Carol McElvanney and administration assistant Rebecca March. Director Peter Bartley assists on valuations and fellow director Neil Hart provides essential knowledge of the local property market.
