Beamish Museum

Beamish is an open-air museum near Stanley in County Durham. Its 300 acre site tells the story of people from North East England during the Georgian, Victorian, and Edwardian periods. It is famous for its mixture of original and replica buildings and huge collection of artifacts, which feature in its town, home farm and colliery village.
